No Telephone Service

Beckett lists a number to call customer service, but the phone number is not active so you cannot even call them on the phone. If that's the case why list it at all. There customer service has always been poor so don't know why I even try to do business with them. Better of with their primary competitor. At least they have a phone number and a friendly customer support team. Very disappointed.

Terrible company policy to money grab

Terrible company that has online subscription that charges automatically on renewal. I did not know to turn off and they could at least email a reminder that this will renew. It was one day after renewal that I caught it and they wont refund me. Terrible customer appreciation. I will never subscribe again and share my story everywhere I possible can. I emailed and got a response and then I phoned and after being on hold for 10 minutes it tells me customer service agent is unable to talk to me and to leave a message. Then it said sorry mailbox full and hung up. Thats terrible service!

Never getting subscribed issues

2 year magazine subscription. Got 5 issues 1st year. Now I am not getting issues at all. I called CS and the guy sounded like he was working from his home kitchen. Very belligerent, stating that the address I gave him is where they are being sent. Missed last 2 issues & Aug replaced issue was damaged. No replacement. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he was my rep. and a supervisor. What a LIE! I told him I have Covid and the Flu diagnosed today. Finally, after an argumentative conversation on his side, he said he would ship out all 3 issues if they had them. Well, they are selling in their online store! The next bi-monthly comes out in just 2 weeks. Bet I have to call about that one too. I doubt I will get another subscription now when this one ends.

Your Mail to me is currently held up by "Postage Due"

On 8-19-2021, I received a written notice from the US Post Office that your recent mailing to me ("Large Envelope") cannot be delivered because their is a Postage Due of $3. I am a subscriber to Rock & Gem, and I have already received my September 2021 issue. I don't want to pay someone more money to receive a product that I have already you for. Is THIS False Advertising? In this month's August issue of COINage magazine, They have a postcard insert for annual subscriptions - "ONLINE OFFER - $2.00 off annual subscription" - ($29.00 offer - $2.00 = $27.00) ( Use code I48CA111 ) I go to the website and input the code and wait for it to show me the revised rate. The Website refuses it, The site says its an Invalid code. I try contacting them for 2 days. They call me after I leave feedback, I explain this all to the Phone representative. After wasting 5 minutes listening to the Phone rep, I ask to speak to his manager and I'm told he's busy and will call me in an hour or so ... REALLY ? I think It's time to call the Attorney general's Office . I try to post on Facebook, someone chats me and tells me to email the Editor ...
